Tamara leads product and UX at Convia, turning user insight into product strategy teams can act on. A former UX leader at Amazon and co-author of the Persona Lifecycle books, she has spent 20+ years consulting with startups and enterprises on product strategy, UX diagnostics, and getting executives aligned before anyone starts designing.

Arash leads product growth at Convia, bringing GTM frameworks that turn fragmented sales efforts into systematic revenue. His track record across 400+ SMBs includes 47% average conversion lift and 3-5x revenue acceleration through positioning, conversion copy, and hands-on execution.

Esteban is Convia's Chief of Staff, turning strategy into execution across growth, operations, and partnerships. Founder of GS Code, he brings hands-on experience building teams and shipping AI and software solutions, and helps translate customer conversations into clear next steps.

Alison is a software developer with nearly two years of professional experience in web application development, REST APIs, and database management. She recently expanded into manual QA to strengthen her ability to identify defects and improve software quality end to end. She is passionate about backend development, clean code, and continuously learning new technologies, and thrives in Agile teams where developers, QA, and DevOps collaborate closely to deliver products people can trust.

Lauren earned her B.B.A. in Marketing Management in June and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Marketing with a focus on Digital Marketing. Her professional experience spans product design and partnership marketing, including contributions to marketing campaigns, SEO content optimization, and brand research.

Liliana is a junior at Earlham College studying Business Administration & Management with a minor in Spanish & Hispanic Studies. A UWC alumna and Davis Scholar, she is passionate about marketing, content creation, digital communication, and meaningful audience engagement. Her experience spans marketing, social media, web development, and community outreach, including roles at the Joseph Moore Museum and Richmond Parks & Recreation. She has also researched sustainable e-waste management across five European countries, strengthening her skills in research, storytelling, and cross-cultural communication.
