The Convia Grant Program is how we give back — investing in the next generation of creators, storytellers, and emerging voices who are just getting started on their journey.
We believe that the way we face disruption is by supporting each other. Professionally and personally. The grant program exists to lift up young creators, early-career professionals, and people navigating a career transition who have something meaningful to say and deserve the tools, the coaching, and the platform to say it.
This isn't about whether you can afford a subscription. It's about where you are in your journey — and whether you're ready to start.
Why this exists
A rising tide lifts all ships.
When we help more people find their voice, tell their story, and build an audience around what they know and who they are — everyone benefits. The next generation of creators and thought leaders shouldn't be gatekept by access to tools or connections they haven't had the chance to build yet.
So we built a program to change that.
The Convia Grant Program brings together a community of coaches — practitioners who have volunteered their time to this cause — alongside full access to the Convia platform. Together, they'll help a cohort of emerging creators go from getting started to building something that lasts.
Who we're looking for
You don't need to have it all figured out. You don't need a polished show or an existing audience. What we're looking for is a genuine desire to share your story, your experience, or your perspective — and the commitment to show up for the journey.
This program is designed for:
Young creators & students
Ready to start building a voice and an audience but don't know where to begin.
Early-career professionals
Have ideas and experiences worth sharing and want to grow their presence alongside their career.
People in career transition
Navigating what's next and want to use storytelling to process, connect, and build toward something new.
Underrepresented voices
Creators from underrepresented or economically disenfranchised backgrounds who deserve access to the same tools and coaching as anyone else.

What the program includes
Grant recipients receive full access to the Convia platform alongside a structured support experience designed to help you grow as a creator from day one.
Platform access includes:
- Tools to turn conversations, interviews, solo episodes, and long-form content into multi-platform campaigns
- Publishing orchestration across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and more
- The Intelligence Engine for trend detection and content resurfacing
- Access to the Convia Community Slack (coming soon)
The coaching program includes:
- How to use the Convia platform to get the most out of every piece of content
- Storytelling fundamentals — finding your angle, structuring your narrative
- Speaking and on-camera presence — showing up with confidence
- Video and audio production basics
- Messaging and positioning — how to talk about yourself authentically
Coaching will be delivered in a mix of formats. The program is built around the cohort — so the specifics will be shaped by the people in it.
And when you're ready: Grant recipients who grow through the program have the opportunity to become Convia Studio Ambassadors — sharing their journey publicly and helping inspire the next wave of emerging voices.
When does it start?
Applications are open now on a rolling basis. We're reviewing submissions as they come in and will be making our first cohort selections in early Q4 2026.
