Content Development, Operations & Social Media Intern

Role focus

Own the practical flow from a raw idea or conversation to a polished, published asset. This combined role brings together content creation, release coordination, and day-to-day social publishing so Convia can produce consistently without losing quality or momentum.

Responsibilities

• Turn podcasts, interviews, webinars, and internal ideas into newsletters, articles, social posts, captions, carousels, images, and infographics.
• Adapt one core idea for different platforms, formats, and audience needs while preserving a consistent point of view.
• Maintain Convia's content calendar, release schedule, and production status across active initiatives.
• Coordinate appearances, interviews, webinars, contributors, approvals, and publication deadlines.
• Organize source files, drafts, creative assets, captions, links, and platform-specific requirements.
• Upload, schedule, publish, and quality-check content across Convia's social and owned channels.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, drafting, editing, design, and repurposing without defaulting to generic output.
• Review content for clarity, accuracy, voice, visual consistency, and brand alignment before it goes live.
• Develop reusable templates, checklists, and workflows that make content production easier to repeat and scale.

Ideal candidate

A versatile maker who can both create and coordinate. The strongest candidate will have writing or visual work samples, strong attention to detail, and enough operational discipline to keep multiple assets moving from concept through publication.
